About

Chicago COVID Resource Finder was created to help people access updated, verified information for Chicago and Cook County during the coronavirus pandemic.

This website is created and maintained by City Bureau, a nonprofit, nonpartisan journalism lab based on the South Side of Chicago. Our mission is to bring communities together to produce more equitable, impactful media.

This site will be regularly updated and translations to new languages are coming soon. If you want to suggest a new resource, submit a correction or update, go here or email info@citybureau.org.

Want to access this tool via text message?

Text "covid" to (312) 436-2280 and you can receive a list of resources on your phone.

Worried about internet access?

City Bureau is partnering with local groups to keep communities informed. As part of the Information Aid Network project, we are calling community members who have limited internet access to help fact-check rumors, answer questions and connect people with local journalists. If you want to join the Information Aid Network, submit your name here.
