Chicago COVID Resource Finder was created to help people access updated, verified information for Chicago and Cook County during the coronavirus pandemic.

This website is created and maintained by City Bureau, a nonprofit, nonpartisan journalism lab based on the South Side of Chicago. Our mission is to bring communities together to produce more equitable, impactful media.

This site will be regularly updated and translations to new languages are coming soon. If you want to suggest a new resource, submit a correction or update, go here or email info@citybureau.org.

Worried about internet access?

City Bureau is partnering with local groups to keep communities informed. As part of the Information Aid Network project, we are calling community members who have limited internet access to help fact-check rumors, answer questions and connect people with local journalists. If you want to join the Information Aid Network, submit your name here.

We thank the input of our community partners including Chicago United for Equity, Rohingya Cultural Center, West Side United, Organized Communities Against Deportations, The Middle Eastern Immigrant and Refugee Alliance (MIRA), Austin Coming Together, The Goodie Shop and The Firehouse Community Arts Center. Resources were compiled from original research by City Bureau’s editorial team and thanks to the existing lists created by the City of Chicago, Block Club Chicago, South Side Weekly, West Side United, Accion and ICIRR.
